Meet Yoda, this year's winner of the World's Ugliest Dog contest. Did you even know that there was such a contest? It's held ever year in Petaluma, California at the Sonoma Marin County Fair, and this year was the 23rd year of the contest. Yoda is a 14 year old Chinese crested Chihuahua mix. As the grand prize winner, he gets a trophy and $1000!
