CuriOdyssey
Today, I headed out for a field trip with the other second grade teachers to check out a place called CuriOdyssey at Coyote Point.
It's a museum with both indoor and outdoor exhibits. They had some interesting animals and great views of the San Francisco Bay. Even though it's near the airport and you can see the planes flying low overhead, in some areas, it feels like you're in the middle of the woods!
Guess the animal:
It's a bobcat! At CuriOdyssey, they have two bobcats named Caro and Frankie. We even got to watch them eat lunch!
Nearby is this amazing park called the Magic Mountain Playground.
I think that this is the biggest slide I've ever seen!
It was a great day! This would definitely be a fun place to check out with your families.
