Meet Otis, the skydiving pug!

Otis is a ten year old pug, who is not afraid of heights. In fact, he loves being up in the air, flying and skydiving with his owner, Will DaSilva. These are photos of Otis getting ready for his 64th skydive in Lodi, California. In order to skydive, Otis needs to wear a harness, just like the human skydivers. Then, his harness is strapped to his owner's harness, and then they are ready to get into the plane that will take them up into the air.

In the plane, Otis wears his special goggles while being petted by his owner. DaSilva says that Otis often falls asleep during the plane ride! When they get up to the right height, DaSilva leaps out of the plane, taking Otis along for the ride. Otis has been skydiving since he was just a pup, and he seems to be enjoying his trip!

Safely back on the ground, Otis can be proud to say that he has just completed his 64th skydive!
